Highlights for Samantha Warren in 2018

It's been a great start to 2019 and I've finally had time to reflect on a busy year. It was a productive twelve months taking part in lots of events, experimenting with new products, hosting my own pop-up shop and moving into my new studio.

Here are some of the highlights, none of which would have been possible without you. I know there's lots of choice when it comes to where you shop, so thank you very much for choosing to shop with me and supporting my brand.

Events
I was invited to sell my products at House of Fraser alongside some of the world's biggest brands. A fantastic opportunity!
Workshops
I held some great workshops with London Design Festival and Crafty Fox Market and I'll be running more events this year. Keep an eye on my events page for more information.
Rebrand
I decided to replace my old logo with a new design that better reflected my brand. You can read up about it here.
New Products
I collaborated with ceramicist Camilla Webb Carter on a range of printed ceramics. The collection was well received and was featured in the official London Design Festival catalogue.
I also collaborated with architect and leather worker Michelle Wong. We designed a range of hand-painted leather pieces. You can find the collection here.
I launched my first homeware range, a collection of coasters and placemats featuring my tropical prints. You can find the collection here.
Community Projects

It was a busy year working within my local community. I designed an anti-fly-tipping stencil for use in the London borough of Croydon. Read more about the campaign here. I also organised a competition for local artists to design lamp post banners, celebrating the Thronton Heath community spirit.

Pop-up Shop
I opened the first Samantha Warren pop-up shop! I was invited to showcase my brand in a prime London location over the Christmas period and it was incredible. It was great to see those of you who managed to visit, but if you didn't make it don't worry, I am planning more pop up shops for 2019.
