Introducing: Customisable Silk and Leather Wristlets

Influenced by a heady mix of nature and Futurism, the striking new range - named Quill in a nod to the feathers by which it was inspired - has been carefully hand made in London from 100% silk and genuine leather. Super soft with a high quality finish and a brass zip, Samantha’s new creations are practical but luxurious. Designing our latest collection: Quill

Quill is our exciting new collection. We have created four designs inspired by the Futurism art movement and the iridescence of bird feathers. Each design has been digitally printed onto 100% silk and made into a beautiful wristlet bag. We have hand-crafted each wristlet with a genuine leather strap and back panel to create a very tactile and unique product. We visited the world's largest collection of bags at The Museum of Bags and Purses in Amsterdam. Impressive and well worth a visit if you're interested in the history of these popular accessories.    This is the oldest (and not the prettiest) bag in the museum and is from the 16th Century, France. It is made from goat's leather and has 18 pockets!   Letter cases were popular in the 1700-1800 for keeping love letters and bills. Usually made from leather, silk or straw, and embroidered with metal thread or silk. Letter cases were often given as gifts for weddings and engagements.   Decorative bag handles.   Ivory parcel carrier with silver rings. Early 1900. This is a precursor of the plastic...
